Data Submission Schedule
According to current rules governing Maine’s PMP, submissions are due on the 15th and the 30th of each month. A submission performed on the 15th of a given month should contain the transactions from the last half of the preceding month and a submission on the 30th should cover the first half of the current month. Weekly data submission is allowed and encouraged. At some point during 2010, weekly data submission will become mandatory.
Examples:
A July 30 submission should cover July 1 - July 14
An August 15 submission should cover July 15 - July 31
An August 30 submission should cover August 1 - August 14

An updated weekly submission schedule will be posted once the rule change requiring weekly submission has been finally adopted, probably no later than July 1, 2010.
